Your order from MaroonDawta.com will always be carefully packaged with ample protection to aid safe delivery. The size and/or weight of total product(s) ordered will determine the method of packaging:
Smaller/lighter orders will be packaged in a padded envelope while larger/heavier orders will be packaged in a mailing box or a larger envelope.
Printed artworks are sent in a protective cardboard box or hardback envelopes.
Prints are generally shipped within one working day (excluding UK bank holidays). We do ask though that you allow up to three to five working days after receipt of payment during busy periods. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery charges are as follows:
Free – Standard First Class Recorded Delivery if order exceeds £30
£1.50 – First Class Delivery.
£2.50 – Upgrade to First Class Recorded Delivery. Free if order exceeds £30
International Customers (incl. Europe)
All orders are shipped using the national postal service – Royal Mail. The prices are as follows:
£5 – Standard Airmail – no tracking. Free if the order exceeds £80.
£10 – International Recorded Delivery (tracking). Free if order exceeds £100.
If your order exceeds £80/£100 – choose ‘free delivery’ during checkout. Your order will be sent via the applicable upgrade method.
All sales are final as all items are made to order. However, if you believe the items purchased are defective, you must inform us within seven days of delivery. You will need to email us at email@example.com with images (if necessary) and we will rectify the situation.
If returning items (at our discretion) that are not faulty, the shipping fee originally paid cannot be refunded. Furthermore, please note that returns for non-faulty items are sent at your own expense and we recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.
Please note – all findings are classed as ‘imitation jewellery’; imitation jewellery will change colour especially metal-based jewellery over time. Discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
